You have 14 days, counted from the day after delivery, to let us know you want to return your order. If you’re not happy for any reason, get in touch, and we’ll sort it out. You can also cancel your order by following the cancellation link in the footer or on the order details page in your account.
What about shipping and customs?
We ship to addresses across Norway. Delivery typically takes 3–6 working days after dispatch. We ship from Norway, so there are no customs fees on your order. The price you see at checkout is the full price.
Where do the pieces come from?
We work with artisans and craft businesses across Africa, currently in three countries. You can filter by country of origin on our shop page. We also include some detail about each piece and its origins on the product page.

Karivarah is a family-owned small business based in Trøndelag, Norway, founded by a Zimbabwean who wanted to bring handmade pieces from African artisans into Norwegian homes. Read more about us.
