Digital gift card

A gift card lets them choose something they’ll love. It arrives by email with your name and a personal message, ready to spend on anything in the collection, from a basket for the hallway to placemats for the dining table.

Choose an amount, add a few words and send it straight to their inbox. They can spend it all at once or across several orders within a year, and if they have more than one gift card, they can use them together on one order.

Tick ‘Send it as a gift’ to send a gift card to someone else. Enter the recipient’s email address, your name as you’d like it to appear, an optional message, and the delivery date. Leave the delivery date blank to send the gift card as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you choose a date, the gift card will arrive at 08:00 Norwegian time on that day. Leave ‘Send it as a gift’ unticked if you’d prefer to receive the gift card yourself.

The recipient will receive an email containing the gift card amount, its unique code, and a button to add it directly to their cart. Alternatively, they can enter the code under ‘Discount codes and gift cards’ in their cart. Gift cards can cover all or part of an order, and any unused balance remains on the card for future purchases. They can use up to five gift cards on a single order, together with a discount code. Each gift card is valid for one year from the date it’s sent, and the expiry date is included in the email.

Only you, as the buyer, can request a refund for the gift card itself. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. If the recipient returns an item purchased with the gift card, the refunded amount will be added back to the gift card, and we’ll email them when the funds are available. If the card has less than one month remaining before expiry at that point, its validity will be extended to one month from the date the refund is added.
